I’ve been thinking that meal planning might be one of the most underrated parts of following keto. When you already know what you’re going to eat, it’s much easier to avoid random snacks and unnecessary carbs. Do you plan your meals for the whole week, or prefer deciding day by day? What approach makes keto easier to maintain?
For me, meal prep doesn't have to be complicated. I usually decide on a few meals in advance and figure out the rest as I go. That way I don't feel restricted, but I also don't end up ordering food or grabbing something full of carbs when I'm hungry. I've read a lipo-6 black review before out of curiosity, but honestly, having a realistic eating routine is what makes keto feel sustainable in the long run.
