West, central Texas is 2000 feet above sea level, stable, and most uninhabited.

Same distance to Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio as Houston.

We can swap bonds for sovereign land, with coordination among Treasury, Federal Reserve personnel and the Texas legislature.

To maintain the integrity of the US’ monetary system, we will need Federal Credit Receipts as an intermediary step.
